Overview of Our Services

At Salt and Light Photo Booth, we focus on giving our clients the best experience. Our services are tailored to make your moments memorable.

  • Self-explanatory: You will have our photo booth rental from the specified time. We will arrive one hour in advance to set up and ensure everything is ready.

  • Unlimited photo sessions allow guests to take as many photos as they desire within a designated time frame during any event.

  • Each guest in the photo will receive a copy of their photobooth session to take home. For example, if there are 8 people in the photo, the maximum number of prints is 8—one for each person. Additional reprints can be purchased for an extra charge.

  • We will arrive one hour before your booked time to ensure that the photo booth is ready and working properly. After the event, we will take down everything and leave no mess, just as it was when we arrived.

  • Some photo booth companies add a travel fee, but with us, it's included in the package. You won’t have extra costs unless you are outside the Greater Vancouver area, where a fee applies.

  • Our dedicated photo booth attendant ensures the seamless operation of the photo booth throughout your event. Their responsibilities include addressing any technical issues, assisting guests in using the photo booth, and distributing printed photos. We take pride in having friendly and professional attendants who contribute to an enjoyable experience for all participants.

  • We offer six different tension fabric backdrops, each of high quality, providing a unique vibe to your photos. Additionally, we can create customized backdrops to suit your specific preferences.

  • We offer a variety of props for different events, including birthdays, graduations, weddings, baby showers and more. Our props can be customized to suit your event.

  • A custom print layout for your event allows guests to take home a personalized keepsake from our photo booth. This service ensures your guests leave with a memorable piece from your event

  • Our photo booth features a welcome screen that plays before each session, giving your event a personal touch by showing a custom message before guests take their photos.

  • A live gallery displays previously taken photos, allowing guests to easily access digital copies if they forgot to save them. Guests can view and share these images.

  • After your event, all the photos, the template picture, individual session photos, and a GIF will be shared with you in one link for easy access.

  • Receive a personalized photo book from your event! We’ll gather the photos and compile them into a sleek, 22-page photo book for you to cherish.

  • Idle time refers to when the photo booth is ready and operational at your event but isn’t actively in use for photos—for example, during speeches, dinner, or other parts of your program when guests aren’t engaging with it. To maximize the fun and value, we recommend scheduling the booth during times when guests are free to use it.

    If you’d like the photo booth to remain set up and available during quieter parts of the event, there is a small idle time fee to cover that duration.
